As a first-time mom, I had originally planned for a birth center delivery, but our journey unexpectedly turned into a C-section at the hospital. Through every change and every moment of uncertainty, she was by our side with unwavering support. She helped me feel calm, informed, and empowered the entire time. Whether it was providing comfort measures, helping us understand our options, or simply being a reassuring presence during a very emotional experience, she truly went above and beyond. Having her there made such a difference in my birth experience. Even though things didn’t go according to our original plan, I still felt supported and cared for every step of the way. I’m so grateful for her dedication, compassion, and expertise. I would highly recommend her to any expecting family looking for someone who will advocate for them and support them wholeheartedly. Thank you for everything Sabine!!Posted on Spenser PumphreyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My husband and I used Sabine for the birth of our daughter and we could not have asked for a better experience! Sabine was so knowledgeable and helped us prepare for the birth so much! She was with us every single step of the way and we couldn’t imagine bringing our daughter into the world without her experience!Posted on Michelle FiorelloTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sabine was such a pleasure. I felt very supported throughout pregnancy and during birth. I chose her as a doula because I wanted someone with a calm and caring demeanor - and she definitely carries both qualities! I'm not sure my birth experience would have been as positive if she was not there. I felt so much more at ease and wouldn't change anything about my hospital birth. I would highly recommend hiring Sabine if you are feeling anxious or need support in regards to birth.Posted on Cole RowleyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sabine was an absolute gift to our family during one of the most important experiences of our lives. From the very beginning she brought such calm, confidence, and warmth to every interaction. She was there for us long before the birth—helping us prepare, answering endless questions, and giving us practical tools and emotional support that made us feel truly ready. During labour she was incredible - steady, encouraging, intuitive, and strong exactly when we needed it most. She knew just what to say (or when to say nothing), offered physical comfort that actually worked, and helped us advocate for the birth we wanted. Her presence made everything feel safer and more manageable. And she didn’t disappear after the baby arrived. Sabine continued to check in, helped us navigate those overwhelming first days and weeks, and gave us the kind of gentle, non-judgmental support every new parent dreams of. We genuinely could not have done it without her. If you’re looking for a doula who combines deep knowledge, genuine compassion, and unwavering presence, Sabine is the one. We feel so lucky to have had her by our side. Thank you, Sabine, you helped make our birth story beautiful. 5 stars aren’t enough. ❤️Posted on Caitlin RamseyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We absolutely loved having Sabine guide us through our first pregnancy. From the very beginning, she was an invaluable resource—thoughtful, grounded and incredibly intentional in how she prepared us for every step. She shared deep insight and guidance without ever pushing her own opinions, which made us feel truly supported and empowered to make our own decisions. Our baby was breech, which meant a scheduled C-section, and even then we couldn’t recommend Sabine more highly. Her presence and energy were so calming throughout the entire hospital experience. She helped both me and my partner feel confident, prepared and at ease during what could have been an overwhelming time. Sabine is an exceptional advocate and resource, and we wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone—especially first-time parents—looking for intentional, compassionate support throughout the entire birth process.Posted on Natalie DraizenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sabine is fantastic!! A little backstory for you, both of my babies were born at MUSC Shaun Jenkins Hospital in Charleston, South Carolina. I have an amazing relationship with my OB, but I’m also realistic and no, there’s a very slim chance. My doctor will be the one delivering my baby. I did not have a Doula for my first birth. Everything went really well, But I was definitely lacking that professional undivided attention during my birth and labor. My husband was fantastic as a support system, but he’s not an expert when it comes to this stuff, and was busy keeping family updated/nervous himself - can’t blame him! For my second birth, I knew I wanted a doula for that undivided and personalized attention, if I found the right person. And thank God I did! From our very first phone call I knew I wanted to work with Sabine. She provides this warm, calming, expertise that put me at ease and empowered me to make the best decisions for my self and my baby. Throughout my pregnancy, it was so nice having her as a guide and she was the perfect advocate during my birth and labor. She provides the perfect amount of support and knowledge while still being respectful and caring to my family and the medical staff. If you are looking for personalized attention And someone who is extremely knowledgeable and respectful in this field, I highly recommend Sabine! Promise you will not regret it :)Posted on Emily StarkTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sabine was an incredible doula and an absolute gift to our birth experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and supported my partner and me throughout the entire third trimester, labor and birth, and well into the postpartum period. She was always available to answer questions, offer reassurance, and provide guidance, and her calm, grounding presence made a huge difference for us. We felt fully supported and cared for every step of the way, and we are endlessly grateful for her.Posted on Sara WitcraftTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot recommend Sabine enough! As a first time mom, the education Sabine provided during the first two prenatal visits helped me to feel more comfortable about what to expect and helped my husband understand how he could help me during labor. She was also readily available via text/phone when I was closer to labor and provided multiple recommendations for exercises, massage, acupuncture, etc. to help keep me relaxed and get baby into the best position for birth. Sabine was extremely helpful during the first two stages of labor. She helped to set the mood to keep me as relaxed as possible and provided suggestions for different positions and movement I could try so labor could continue to progress. Most importantly, she helped me to keep to my birth plan - which we had discussed at length prenatally - even when I had a moment where I wanted to deviate! But at the same time was supportive when I was considering whether to change my plan. She also worked cohesively with the medical team of nurses and doctors. The postpartum visit was great for reflecting on the birth, which is easy to overlook with everything else going on with learning how to be a new parent. TLDR; hire Sabine! She is wonderful.Posted on Baby GirlTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. "Working with Sabine was a transformative experience that extended far beyond physical support. From our first meeting, she provided a grounded, spiritual presence that helped me connect deeply with my pregnancy and my baby. Mentally and emotionally, she was my rock; she navigated my fears with profound empathy and provided the clarity I needed to feel empowered rather than overwhelmed. If you are looking for a doula who will nourish your soul as much as she supports your birth plan, I cannot recommend her highly enough." Tori and I thank you💜🦋💕Posted on Emily BuckleyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Where do I start. I can’t see enough good things about Sabine. She’s got this warmth to her that’s immediately soothing. She’s very Data and evidence driven, which I appreciated. She’s communicative - you can virtually reach her at any time. We plan to work with her on her next baby. I highly highly recommend herVerified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
